The factory mufflers and mid-section choke the 5.7L HEMI. Ramjet replaces them from the catalytic converters back with a free-flowing 304 stainless system and a true internal X-pipe. A deeper note and sharper response, fully bolt-on.

Why it works
Integrated X-pipe centre muffler
A true internal X-pipe balances exhaust pulses between both banks of the HEMI, improving flow efficiency and sharpening throttle response while reducing the flat highway drone cheaper systems leave behind.
Free-flow cat-back system
The restrictive factory mufflers and mid-pipes are gone, replaced by smooth, free-flowing 304 stainless tubing. It bolts onto the factory pipe just after the catalytic converters. No cutting, no welding.
Full polished 304 stainless
No mild steel hiding under a coating, no aluminised tube rusting from the inside out. Precision-welded, accurately fitted, and built to look like jewellery under the truck.

How it goes on
Step-by-step video install available.
1. CheckClassic (DS) or Limited (DT)? The DS has the crosshair grille; the DT has the wider grille with RAM lettering.
2. ChoosePick Loud or Quiet. Same fitment and flow, only the volume changes.
3. Bolt inBolts onto the factory pipe just after the cats. All gaskets and hardware are in the box.
4. DriveCheck for leaks once it's warm, then enjoy the sound.

Certainly gives that V8 growl. One wouldn't call it quiet, but not overly intrusive at steady highway speeds when towing. At cetain revs there is a a noticeable increase in cabin sound, but only when accelrating. It seems to improve fuel economy by at least 1L per 100km, if not more... wasn't expecting that.

Drone depends on the truck, the load and how it’s driven, so we won’t claim you will never hear any. The true internal X-pipe balances exhaust pulses between both cylinder banks, which helps reduce the resonance that causes cabin drone. Accessories that alter the cabin’s acoustics, such as a RamBox, hard canopies, metal drawer systems or large alloy toolboxes, can create extra resonance. If you are particularly sensitive to cabin noise, choose the Quiet option — identical fitment and flow, simply less volume.

Yes. The Ramjet header-back kit bolts straight on to the Ramjet cat-back, so you can build your system in stages.
