Why equal-length headers?
Each cylinder's exhaust travels the same distance before reaching the collector, keeping pulses evenly spaced. That balance improves scavenging and reduces backpressure, for stronger torque, more horsepower and a cleaner, sharper exhaust note. Race-merge collectors on each bank sharpen pulse control for stronger mid-range and top-end power.
Metal or ceramic cats?
100-cell metal cats are the pick for a naturally aspirated Coyote. 200-cell ceramic cats are for forced-induction (supercharged or turbo) engines only.
Fitment

1¾″ or double-step headers: which should I choose? +
The 1¾″ is an excellent all-round choice for naturally aspirated and forced-induction builds. Step up to the double-stepped 1¾″ to 1⅞″ headers if you're chasing maximum flow on a high-horsepower build.
Do I need a tune? +
The headers and cats bolt on as supplied. A tune is recommended to realise the full power gain, but is not required for fitment.
Do I need an O2 sensor extension? +
Long-tube headers move the sensor positions, so most cars need an extension harness. You can add the one for your year when you order the double-step headers.
