Built for the 5.7L HEMI
Tri-Y double-stepped headers (1¾″ → 1⅞″) keep exhaust velocity up for strong mid-range torque, right where a 2.5-tonne truck needs it.
Integrated X-pipe centre muffler balances exhaust pulses between both banks and helps reduce the resonance that causes highway drone.
Full polished 304 stainless steel throughout. No coatings, no mild steel.
Bolt-on fitment to the factory mounting points with no cutting or welding. All gaskets and mounting hardware are included (the header-back kit and full system need M8 × 25mm header bolts, sourced separately).
DS or DT? How to tell your RAM 1500
The quickest tell is the grille. A crosshair grille means you have the older Classic (DS). A wider grille with bold RAM lettering means the newer Limited (DT). Choose the matching option on the product page.
Build it in stages

Will a Ramjet exhaust fit my RAM 1500? +
Ramjet systems suit the Australian-delivered RAM 1500 5.7L HEMI V8 from 2012 to 2023, in both Classic (DS) and Limited (DT). The cat-back also suits long-wheelbase trucks. The full system and header-back kit suit standard wheelbase only and do not fit the Crew Cab Long Bed (153.5″ wheelbase).
Can I start with the cat-back and add headers later? +
Yes. The Ramjet header-back kit bolts straight onto the Ramjet cat-back, so you can build your system in stages.
Will it drone on the highway? +
Drone depends on the truck, the load and how it's driven, so we won't claim you will never hear any. The integrated X-pipe balances exhaust pulses between both banks, which helps reduce the resonance that causes cabin drone. If you're sensitive to cabin noise, choose the Quiet or Medium option.
Do I need a tune? +
The full system and header-back kit bolt on and drive as supplied, but a check-engine light will appear without a tune. A tune clears it and maximises the available gains.
