Engineered For Power — Not Just Noise
Longest Tri-Y headers available for the Ram 1500. The Tri-Y layout delivers massive mid-range torque — right where a 2.5-tonne truck needs it — while keeping the hard-charging top end of a 4-into-1 design.
Double-stepped primaries (1¾" → 1⅞") maintain exhaust velocity and enhance scavenging, producing strong torque and horsepower gains across the entire rev range — developed using the same design principles proven in V8 Supercars and NASCAR.
Race Crossover Merge
The race crossover merge balances exhaust pulses between both cylinder banks, sharpening throttle response and improving scavenging. Working together with the X-pipe already in your Ramjet cat-back, it helps reduce the resonance that causes highway drone.

The middle resonators in this kit set the character of the note. Both options flow the same and fit the same — only the volume changes.

Fitment & Install
Direct bolt-on — no cutting, no welding. Everything mates to the factory mounting points and to the flange on your existing Ramjet cat-back. We recommend installation by your local exhaust shop, though it can be fitted at home with a hoist and mechanical knowledge.
Before you book the install: make sure you have M8 × 25mm header bolts on hand — they are not supplied with this kit.
Tuning note: the system bolts on and drives as supplied, but a check-engine light will appear without a tune. A tune clears it and maximises the available gains.

Race Crossover Merge
The race crossover merge balances exhaust pulses between both cylinder banks, reducing turbulence and pressure reversion so spent gas is drawn out more efficiently.
That means stronger scavenging, sharper throttle response and cleaner mid-range and top-end power. Working together with the X-pipe already in your Ramjet cat-back, it also helps reduce the resonance that causes highway drone.

Do I need to already own a Ramjet cat-back?
Yes. This kit is the section from the headers through to your cat-back. It bolts onto the Ramjet X-pipe centre muffler you already have. If you don’t run a Ramjet cat-back, buy the complete full exhaust system instead and you’ll get everything in one.
What’s in the box?
Tri-Y double-stepped headers, high-flow catalytic converters, connecting pipes, the race crossover merge, middle resonators in your chosen sound level, and all gaskets and mounting hardware.
Header bolts are not included — you will need M8 × 25mm.
What’s the difference between Loud and Medium?
The middle resonators. Both options flow the same and fit the same — only the volume changes. Loud gives full race presence; Medium stays aggressive on throttle but is easier to live with day to day.
Will it drone on the highway?
Drone depends on the truck, the load and how it’s driven, so we won’t claim you will never hear any. The race crossover merge balances exhaust pulses between both banks, which — together with the X-pipe in your Ramjet cat-back — helps reduce the resonance that causes cabin drone.
Vehicles fitted with a RamBox, hard canopy, metal drawer system or large alloy toolbox can create extra resonance. That comes from the accessory itself, not the exhaust.
