The factory mufflers and mid-section choke the 5.7L HEMI. Ramjet replaces them from the catalytic converters back with a free-flowing 304 stainless system and a true internal X-pipe. A deeper note and sharper response, fully bolt-on.
Pulse-balanced, drone reduced
A true internal X-pipe balances exhaust pulses between both banks of the HEMI, improving flow efficiency and sharpening throttle response while reducing the flat highway drone cheaper systems leave behind.
The centre muffler tunes the HEMI’s voice without choking it. A deeper, cleaner note, with no restrictive box buried in the flow path.
Bolt on from the cats back
A complete cat-back: the restrictive factory mufflers and mid-pipes are gone, replaced by smooth, free-flowing 304 stainless tubing that lets the HEMI exhale the way it always should have.
It bolts onto the factory pipe just after the catalytic converters. No cutting, no welding. All gaskets and mounting hardware are included, so it fits at any exhaust shop or at home with a hoist.

Every section is full polished 304 stainless. No mild steel hiding under a coating, no aluminised tube rusting from the inside out. Precision-welded, accurately fitted, and built to look like jewellery under the truck on day one and day three thousand.

What does it bolt to?
It’s a true cat-back: it bolts onto the factory pipe just after the catalytic converters, and works with the standard headers. No cutting or welding. All gaskets and mounting hardware are included.
How loud is it?
You decide. Loud and Quiet options share identical fitment and flow. Only the volume changes. The integrated X-pipe keeps highway drone out of the cabin.
Will it drone on the highway?
The Ramjet Cat-Back is engineered to deliver a deep V8 exhaust note without cabin drone on a standard Ram 1500, helped by the true internal X-pipe that balances exhaust pulses.
Note that vehicles fitted with accessories that alter the cabin’s acoustics, such as a RamBox, hard canopies, metal drawer systems or large alloy toolboxes, can create extra resonance and may show a slight increase in cabin drone. That resonance comes from the accessory itself, not from the exhaust.
On the vast majority of standard Ram 1500s, the Ramjet Cat-Back cruises comfortably with no noticeable cabin drone.
